- • Commenting, "This isn't what <Character/Group> fans wanted," in reaction to a song, story or artwork
- • Disparaging certain characters or content by saying things like "I just want to see A" or "Just get rid of B."

Communicate With Empathy

Stay Safe and Respect Privacy
Playing COLORFUL STAGE! can be an opportunity to make many friends on and off the app, and we understand wanting to get to know each other better.However, it's very important to protect your own privacy. Sharing personal information online puts you at risk of having that information used against you, or even becoming the victim of stalking and other criminal behavior.

- • Asking or answering questions about a player's name, location or school
- • Including your own or someone else's private information (e.g., address, phone number, Player ID) in your Profile or a social media post
When Someone Is Bothering You
On the app, if someone is causing trouble for you or making you uncomfortable, take a screenshot and share it with Customer Support via the Support menu in the app.Customer Support will look into the problem, and suspend that player's account if they have acted maliciously.
If it happens off the app, do the following to avoid escalating the situation:
- • Don't react or respond
- • If the behavior continues, block or report them on the social media platform you are using
Our Stance on Guideline Violations
We may block and mute accounts on our social media and YouTube without warning if their behavior violates our guidelines.We hope you understand that this is for all players' enjoyment and comfort.

Examples of Prohibited Conduct
Gaining or providing an unfair advantage
- • Making an agreement with one or more other players to influence scores and other game metrics (e.g., intentionally getting a low score or matching another player's score)
- • Using multiple accounts or devices to purposefully play with or against yourself in multiplayer modes to influence your score or other game metrics.
- *When a player uses multiple accounts to carry out such actions, all of those accounts are considered to have violated the EULA.
- *Even if only one account is found to have violated the EULA, we may take action against any other related accounts, including the "one or more other players" mentioned above.
Unfairly benefitting from exploits
- • Intentionally exploiting errors, bugs or other unintended game behavior
- • Using bots, macros or other third-party programs to automate gameplay, modify files or control the app's behavior
Bothering other players
- • Intentionally not playing the game normally (e.g., leaving the game running or disconnecting midway through a show)
- • Harassing, disrupting or provoking other players
Selling or gifting an account and similar
- • Involvement of a third party, such as playing on someone's behalf or engaging in real-money trading.
- • Buying, selling, gifting, borrowing or sharing an account
Other
- • Encouraging or promoting conduct described in this guide or the EULA.
- • Any other conduct that is disrespectful to other users or contrary to the spirit of the EULA.
How We Deal With Prohibited Conduct
- • When we find that someone has engaged in any of the acts described here, we will take measures appropriate to the severity of the offence, such as temporarily or permanently suspending their account or revoking in-game rewards, in accordance with the EULA.
- • Even if such measures are taken, we will not refund any costs borne by the account holder.
